These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Digital Hafizabad website at digitalhafizabad.com, our digital marketing services and our training courses. By using our website, enquiring about our services or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Digital Hafizabad is a digital marketing agency and IT training institute based in Hafizabad, Punjab, Pakistan, founded by Haseeb Awan. We provide digital growth services to businesses and practical, project-based digital skills courses to students and professionals.
2. Our Services
Our services include digital marketing, eCommerce, video editing, UGC ads and SEO. Each engagement is agreed in a written proposal or message that describes the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Unless a proposal says otherwise, any work outside that scope is quoted separately.
3. Courses and Enrollment
Enrollment in a course is confirmed once the applicable fee is received and we confirm your place by message, email or WhatsApp. Course content, schedules, fees and format (online or in-person) may change from time to time, and we will let enrolled students know of material changes.
4. Payments and Refunds
Fees for services and courses are payable as agreed at the time of booking. For courses, we offer a refund on the following basis: if you cancel before the course begins, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee; once the course has begun, refunds are not generally available, except as required by law or agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests in good time, and provide access or materials we reasonably need to deliver the work. Delays caused by late information may shift the timeline accordingly. For courses, you are responsible for the device and internet connection needed to participate.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials we provide are for your personal use only and may not be resold, shared or redistributed. Deliverables we create for a service engagement become yours once the engagement is fully paid; our pre-existing tools, methods and materials remain ours.
7. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to it. Website content is provided for general information and does not replace professional advice tailored to your situation.
8. Third-Party Services
Where we work through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Shopify, WordPress or others, your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms and policies.
9. Results
We work to deliver the services described, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, revenue or sales. Digital results depend on many factors outside our control. For courses, we provide training and guidance; your results depend on your participation and effort.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services, courses or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service or course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated revision date, and continued use of our website, services or courses after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hafizabad, Punjab, Pakistan.
