Question 1

Is my invoice data stored anywhere?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything is calculated in your browser and nothing is sent to a server, so you can use it for client work without a signup or an account.

Question 2

What has to be on a valid invoice?

Accepted Answer

Your business name and contact details, the client details, a unique invoice number, the issue date, a clear line-item description, the amount due, any tax applied, and payment terms with the method of payment.

Question 3

How do I invoice international clients from Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Quote in the client currency, state the payment method, Payoneer, Wise or bank wire, and note who bears the transfer fee. Include your tax registration number if you have one; many overseas clients require it for their own bookkeeping.

Question 4

What payment terms should freelancers use?

Accepted Answer

Net 14 for new clients and a deposit of 30–50% before starting anything substantial. Net 30 is standard for larger companies but means you fund the work for a month.
